To manage New Engineering Contract (NEC) 3 and 4 projects, RSK Geosciences will provide an experienced and accredited NEC3 and NEC4 project manager to address all aspects of the contract and to ensure that the work completed complies fully with the works information or scope and that any defects are corrected before completion. Our project manager will encourage diligent and effective collaboration to drive consistency; in turn, this will free teams from administration by utilising a cloud-based contract document and management system (such as CEMAR or Fast Draft). We will continue to be a member of the NEC user group to maintain knowledge of the latest contract amendments and legal decisions.
